Jinggong Mould, established in 1983, specializes in the design, R & D, manufacturing, sales, and service of glass moulds. Over the past four decades, we have relentlessly pursued excellence in quality, setting industry benchmarks and building a premium brand image. Jinggong Mould operates a foundry plant, bottle mould plant, and tableware mould plant, complemented by a complete cosmetic glass mould production line, neck ring and mould accessories production line, as well as an inspection center and technology center. Spanning 71,000 square meters, our production and operational facilities incorporate world-class automated casting systems, laser welding machines, and advanced equipment such as spectrometers, metallographic analyzers, and mould capacity testers. We also utilize precision machinery including five-axis engraving machines, machining centers, and turning centers, alongside professional measuring tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and specialized gauges.
With a team of over 300 experienced and skilled technicians, Jinggong Mould produces approximately 500,000 sets of glass moulds annually. Our products are exported to more than 20 countries, including Germany, Japan, the UK, France, the USA, Italy, Thailand, Spain, Portugal, Russia, Poland, India, and Indonesia.
To streamline operations, Jinggong Mould employs ERP, MES, and CRM systems for end-to-end management of production, sales, and service processes. We adhere to internationally recognized standards, including the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System. Additionally, we implement safety standardization, intellectual property management system, informatization and informatization integrated management system, and social responsibility management system.
